Dear Family of our Beloved Mary Wilson, The Bridges Family will truly miss Mary's vivacious personality and can do spirit. I shall never forget the time we discovered both she and my mother had a mutual friend who lived in my mother's senior housing complex, Big Bethel Village, in Atlanta GA. Once the discovery was made and Mary's friend came to WA from Atlanta to visit during the same time my Mother was living with me, Mary and I coordinated and she and her friend came to my home for lunch and laughter with my mother who was so delighted to see her friend as well as meet Mary. We all ate and laughed and laughed and ate! This was one of many fond memories of "Ms Mary" as I used to call her. Indeed "Ms Mary Wilson" will be missed by us all. She bought such joy to so many. God rest her beautiful soul and my sincere condolences to her family and many friends.

My Sincere Condolences to the family of Mrs. Jackson Wilson. I did not have the pleasure of knowing your family member - but I wanted to thank you for sharing her story. I find it very humbling to read her trials and tribulations of simply trying to live a good and honest life in this community that I have grown up in -- while absolutely blinded of the FACT of how real systemic racism is. Mrs. Wilson sounds like she was a woman of very strong character, and I am sure that you are very proud to be part of her legacy. I am sorry for your loss. Best, Rachel Paris, Humbled Neighbor
