In Loving Memory and Celebration of Her New Life — Teresita Tayama Rania, fondly known as “Mama Fofo”

Formerly of Talofofo, Guam, Mama Fofo was called home to rest by our heavenly Father at the age of 76 in Lacey, Washington. She was preceded to the Gates of Heaven by her Parents: Jose Meno Tayama and Gertrudes Leon Guerrero, her sisters: Carmen Tayama Gofigan, Sylvia Tayama Soto and Josephine Tayama Reyes. She is survived by her brothers: Jose Tayama, Thomas Tayama and Joaquin Tayama.

She will be greatly missed, but loving memories of her will forever remain in the hearts of her husband: Pablo Gutierrez Rania, and children and their spouses: Joseph and Therese Rania of Enterprise, Alabama; Grace and Raymond Cruz of Dededo, Guam; Andrew J. Rania of Spokane, Washington; Paul and Shelley Rania of Fountaintown, Indiana; Zita Rania and Brandon McFarland of Prineville, Oregon; Maria and Jesse Babauta of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; and Michael T. Rania of Lacey, Washington. She will also be missed by her 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Family viewing will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5930 Mullen Rd SE, Lacey, WA 98503, on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mass and funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 812 Bowker St SE, Lacey, WA 98503.
