Great guy! He will be missed. Loved the Boy Scouts and Camp Thunderbird. I had the pleasure to work with him on tons of projects at Thunderbird while I was a youth officer of the Order of the Arrow, and during my tenure on Camp Staff. He was as devoted member of Sacred Heart Church as well. Let's try to keep the memories of these local scout legends alive. I'm working on a more detailed history of Camp Thunderbird, based on a information and memorabilia received from amongst others Bill and Donna Rae Scarth, and I will definitely be including Fred in that.
