A celebration of life will be held on September 17th, at her home. In lieu of flowers, please take a shot for Sue. (She would have taken that shot with you).

Sue Petty passed away on August 21, 2016, snarling at her family, complaining about the hospital food, and spreading rumors about the other patients on the floor. The cause of death was determined to be stubbornness and the upcoming presidential election. She leaves behind five grandchildren; Kaelyn, Kai, Keanu, Liam, and Lea. They are all thankful for the way their grandmother corrected their grammar after every sentence. Sue was very grateful for her son-in-law, Shane and daughter-in-law, Sarah. This gave her two more people that could pick up something for her at the store. Her legacy will be carried on by her loving children, Brian, Nichole, and Justin. They are now the proud owners of an extensive Elvis Presley memorabilia collection and a cat. We believe that she’s in heaven at an Elvis concert, discussing the Vietnam War with Mohammed Ali, and spreading rumors about the Kennedy’s.
