Sorry to hear of Roger’s passing. I’ve known him since he became my brothers friend in grade school. One of my Roger stories was when he was eleven and i had injured a foot while hunting, after hearing what happened, Roger’s only comment was “so did you bag anything?” He was a pretty lively member of the troop. I had the honor of attending his Eagle Scout court of honor ( my brother Jerry’s too) Our world has lost someone special; but just think how lively heaven has been this past week!

Roger was my first roomie at West Point. During nights when the weather was particularly bad, showers, lightning, thunder that shook the building, we would reminisce about our days back home. I learned about his life in Idaho and what he did as a kid. Roger was a great soldier, patriot and all around good guy. He fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7 May Jesus welcome him with the open arms of love. We will miss you, Roger! God Bless.

I was so privileged to have had Roger and Diana in my life for such a short time. The energy that was emitted from Roger and Diana was so positive at all times. Each one thrived on one another. Roger was here on earth for a short time, but he cherished each day in his life to the fullest. He was a great example of what life should be. He will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of his life. God bless you Dear Roger! Diana, prayers are all around you . God Bless and love you girl. Your long distance friend, Doris

My deepest sympathy to each of you. May the love and the memories that you shared be of comfort to you. Our heavenly Father promises that he will restore life to many who have fallen asleep in death.  He assures us that the day is soon to come in which the tears of sorrow of death  will be no more. Revelation 21:3-5 John 5:28,29
