When I think of my father in law I immediately think of a life well lived and a purpose driven Life. He accomplished so much. Most of which was showing a real interest of each & every person he met or even came in contact with. He loved loved loved each & every one of his kids, grandkids, great grandkids & all of their friends. We had so much fun & so many adventures & gatherings. I cherish Mel's family and my families life long friendship, clam digging, camping, gatherings, parties, hikes, walks, birthdays, weddings and everything we experienced together. So many memories, smiles.Tears of sadness but mostly tears of joy. He was a stinker and had funny stories of his mischievous kid stuff and conveyed the struggles of his family's life growing up.
