Lloyd Christopher Danielson (Chris) passed away Sunday January 15, 2017. Chris was born September 15, 1959 in Bremerton Washington. He spent his first twelve years in Ritzville, Washington where his father was a Washington State Patrolman. He was a Boy Scout, played little league, football and a great big brother to his siblings. The family relocated to Shelton Washington where he graduated from Shelton High School in 1978. He always had a job the first being his paper route at age twelve. He had many aunts, uncles and cousins in Shelton.
After High school he moved to Bellevue, Washington. He married his one and only true love Kimberly Danielson. They had one son Eddie Danielson. He worked as a maintenance Engineer for Group Health and Overlake hospitals. Chris enjoyed tinkering on his truck and had a high aptitude for anything mechanical. He was a voracious reader of physics and the sciences. He loved animals and had a tender heart for the down trodden. In the last years of his life he was pursuing a welding degree at the community college in Olympia. Despite his battle with alcohol, he received the President’s award from South Puget Sound Community College for his grades.
He fought hard to put his life back together; ultimately the disease of alcoholism took it. Chris is now healed and victorious in Christ Jesus to whom he gave his life. Chris was preceded in death by his father Lloyd Christopher Danielson II. He is survived by his son Eddie (Jeanie), three grand children , his mother Leona Danielson, brothers David (Clara), Timothy (Kat), sisters Holly (Steve), And Carrie (Mike), ten nephews and two nieces.
