To Bryan and Traci and Jeffrey's family and friends. I was at the intersection when Jeffrey had his accident. I went to Jeffrey with several other people. I thought you might want to know that Jeffrey appeared to be unconscious immediately, and sirens were heard within a few seconds and many aid vehicles came within a couple of minutes. Several of us talked comfortingly to Jeffrey, although he did not respond. And two off duty nurses came right away and started CPR quickly. I'm so sorry for your loss. Each life is precious and brief.

My brother from another mother, first of all youd be proud of your daughter, she has been a trooper! We see a Lot of you in her, she's beautiful and so is your granddaughter. We are missing you, it seems your all we've been talking about for the last 10days and four hours, when we seen the wreck that evening and you didn't return my texts i went to the scene hoping for the best and brother it didnt look Good and it wasn't. I'm sorry we never got a chance to talk to patch it up, but know you were loved and still loved by this family. Going to miss your daily calls, yelling at the Seahawks, your politics and every thing! Definetly a life lesson learned , Life is too short, make sure you tell the ones you love you love them we never got that chance with you. God Bless Jeffery Rubin you were a good man and good friend!
