I had the pleasure of working with Fran at Buildings and Grounds for 10 years. She was very sweet and always had wonderful stories about her kids. My condolences to her family.

My heartfelt sympathy to Peter and all the family of Frances on your loss. I met Frances through my work with state agencies while she was at GA/DES. While I didn't know her well, she impressed me as one who took her job seriously while being outgoing and pleasant to work with always.
