We honor the memory of a gracious and godly woman. She always had a ready smile and word of encouragement. She blessed many, and left a wonderful example for all who knew and loved her. Mark and Judith Upton

Dear Loren, As you are, the rest of your family and dear friends are all going to miss your mom, sister, grandmother, nieces and nephews and many friends. We will gather together on Monday to give tribute and celebrate her life, remembering the love and influence she gave to each life she touched. May it be of comfort to know that she is now in peace and will have everlasting joy. Love, Uncle Bill and Aunt Iva

When I remember my Aunt Ethel I think about babysitting for my cousins, her sons, Loren and Bill. She and Larry were on their way to their Saturday night rendezvous with their square dancing club. She sewed amazing square dancing dresses with petty coats and flair. She sewed matching shirts for Larry. She would always do a twirl for me before leaving. It was pretty impressive. I remember the pickles she made. I remember the family picnics our family shared with her family. I remember camping together, too, and boating outings in the bay, we have old home movies chronicling these things! I also remember the summer my mom, Elsie, died and Aunt Ethel was kind and loving toward me when I felt lost. I remember other things, too. Too many memories are going through my head right now but they are good and happy and I know she would want to be remembered that way. Love you, Lynnae Johnson Henderson
