April 24, 1941 to January 13, 2017
ElRoy was born in Pelican Rapids, MN. The family moved to Yelm, WA in 1957, where he graduated from Yelm High School in 1959. He was a well-known accordian player.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ray and Emelie Kowalski and brothers Paul and David Kowalski.
He is survived by: daughters – Laurie (Todd) Crooks of West Seattle, WA, Debbie Kowalski of Everett, WA and Cathy Kowalski of Missoula, MT; four grand children – Levi, Lindsey, Joey and Katie; brother Bernie Kowalski of Yelm, WA and sisters JoAnne (Chet) Miller of Hoodsport, WA and LaRayne (Jim) Wood of Roy, WA.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the Nisqually Valley Moose Lodge in Yelm, WA on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 1-5 pm.
