Edwin passed away in the city of Lacey Washington on February 3, 2015. He was born to the union of Richard and Jane Milburn on December 15, 1939 in Beaumont Texas.
His parents preceded him in death as well as his siblings: Richard Jr., Freddie, Frank, and James.
He leaves to mourn his passing: brothers Henry, Joseph, Edward, and sister Margaret Taylor. Edwin also leaves nieces and nephews, and cousins.
And all will greatly miss him….
