I left a message the other day, but I don't think it go through so I will try again. I extend my condolences to Carol's family; her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her sisters Lorraine, Deloris and Alice Faye. I pray God's mercy on Carol's soul and know God's grace is sufficient. I am Carol's half brother. We had the same father, Edward Offner. Because of the bitter divorce between Carol's parents and the fact that my father essentially abandoned his daughters aftewards, I was left with 3 half sisters that I never got to know. This is a sad story and one that is at least partially my fault because I never did anything to attempt to correct the situation in my adult years. I don't recall ever meeting Carol even as a child. I did receive a surprise call from her about 5 years ago. We talked about an hour and I expressed the hope that we could meet and talk more, but I never heard back from her. I have a few pictures of Carol and her sisters as well as a couple of her mother should anyone desire to get copies of them. I also have done a bit of genealogy for the Offner and Nicholas sides of the family should anyone care to get in touch with me. David Offner
