Audrey Noblitt Stehr passed peacefully at home, with her family
gathered around, on 6/6/2018 after a long battle with Lymphoma.
Audrey was born in Seattle, Washington on Dec. 6, 1929 to Dewey I.
Noblitt and Katherine Hall Morse Noblitt. Audrey graduated from
Olympia High School in 1948 and WSU in 1952, majoring in
Horticulture. She was married for 43 years to Everett Stehr and had 5
children. She worked as a data processor, retiring from Sunset Life
Insurance Company in 1991. She was preceded in death by her
husband Everett Stehr.
She is survived by daughter Carla Stehr and
Linda Gold, her sons Glenn Stehr, Vernon Stehr and Troy Stehr and nine
grandchildren.
Audrey enjoyed RVing, the ocean, traveling, gardening, computers,
genealogy, get-togethers with family and friends, and square danced
for many years with the Grand Squares square dance club.
Her Celebration of Life will be June 21 at 2:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral
Home and Cemetery at 5930 Mullen Road SE in Lacey. In lieu of flowers,
our mother’s wish was for a donation to be made to Planned
Parenthood or charity of your choice.
