Dear Family, Many memories come to mind in remembering Arley. How he so readily employed me as a teenager right out of High School in 1976. Yep, for $2.50 an hour, $100 a week! Good money. He employed Dad for over 35 years, Olympia Electric, till Dad's retirement in 1991. After I quit the trade in 1982, I stopped by the office one day to say Hi to Arley, Bob, Carrie, Tom, Ralph...and whomever was in the office/shop. First thing Arley said to me, "If you've come here looking for a job, you've come to the wrong place!" With lots of hearty laughter. He had a great laugh, and tease side. I assured him, I wouldn't be asking for a job. Good to see all the crew. Would be great to see y'all again, Kim, Carrie, Leslie, Ray... . Remember when your Dad wanted us to pick up all the hay bales on the farm there on the shores of Chambers Lake. Did you drive the pickup, Ray? The little shaver that you were. And Kim mothering us all. That was a long hard day of work. We impressed your Dad with all we got picked up and stacked in the barn! Dad, Maury, is gone, died in 2014. Mom is in health decline at Olympics West. We think of you especially these days, now, both your Mom and Dad gone. Sending you love, the Lawty's. PS. When you plan a time to get together to remember your Dad, if you think of it, could you let us know. Thank you
