Bishop Franklin McKinney His sunrise was November 29, 1989 and the sunset for him on July 3, 2018.

He was a caring son to Candalyn without a doubt. A beloved brother to his sisters and his band of brothers. A caring uncle to his nephews Hunter, Kystan, and Jr. A protector to his nieces Aaliyah and Aniyah.

One thing is for sure is that everyone who crossed paths with Bishop would never forget his infectious passion for making everyone laugh or smile whether they were mad or upset. Bishops laughter, brave heart, and caring personality will never be forgotten. “His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, he is loved beyond words, and missed beyond measure.”

Services will be held for Bishop on Sunday July 15th at Woodlawn cemetery in Lacey at 2pm.
