Anithra Denice (Crawford) Dixon, born October 14th, 1959 in New Orleans, LA, was called home on a beautiful Sunday morning after a long, brave fight with multiple illnesses. Daughter of Sgt. Upon arrival at Ft. Lewis, Anithra attended Woodbrook elementary school and Clover Park high school. She attended Evergreen chapel with her parents where she became a member of the youth choir, The Voices of Tomorrow and the adult choir, The Martin Luther King singers. A graduate of Timberline High School, Anithra took to her calling of helping people right after high school and pursued a degree in nursing. Preceded in death by her mother Irma Crawford, brothers Tyrone and Reynold. She leaves to cherish her memories, her father Robert, husband Dwayne Dixon, sons Tehran Townsend and Joshua Berry, sisters Sandra Thomas, and Constance Jacobs, grandchildren Tehran K.
