Ina Reva Hill

Ina Reva Hill, age 77, passed away Monday, January 23, 2016, at Providence St. Peter Hospital.
She was born in Tacoma WA on November 22, 1939, to Ward and Dorothy Mewhirter. Ina lived in the Puget Sound
area her entire life, residing in Olympia and Lacey most of her adult years.

Ina is survived by her loving daughter, Ruth Ina Hill, of Olympia. She will also be dearly
missed by her good friend Safiya and her caregivers Sarah, Frank, and Lou.

Ina was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Andrew Hill.

Before retiring, Ina worked in data entry. Ina attended Unity Church for many years. She arrived early every Sunday morning
to prepare coffee and welcome people as they entered. Ina used to be an avid swimmer.
Throughout her senior years, Ina’s “home away from home” was the Senior Center,
where she especially enjoyed playing hand & foot canasta with her friends. Ina was also an animal lover, and she had a special fondness for the many cats she had over the years.

There will be a graveside service at Woodlawn Cemetery on Tuesday, January 31, at 2:30 PM.
