The Life and Times of Evan Larenz McGee Evan Larenz McGee was born June 7, 1994 to Evangelita M. McGee and Alex A. Brassel at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis, TN. At age six, Evan moved to Lacey, WA with his mother Evangelita. He attended Lakes and later, Lydia Hawks Elementary. Evan participated in the North Thurston Football League and played the violin, and guitar. Evan attended Komachin Middle School and participated in the Black Hills Football and YMCA Soccer leagues. He attended Timberline High school. As a child Evan was very outspoken about his view of the world and how it should be. He was introduced to spirituality at a very young age. He sang in the choir in school and at his local church. He was an eager learner and fully participated in school and recreational activities. Evan enjoyed bowling, skating, basketball, swimming, boxing, and spending time with his friends. He loved listening to Hip Hop as well as creating his own lyrics. Evan is remembered for his humor, fun-loving spirit and energizing personality. His smile would light up a room and make others smile automatically. His endearing charm and respectful nature will be missed. So will his zest for life. Evan will be remembered as an encouraging, adventurous individual who loved and cared for his friends and family. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. Evan is survived by his mother and father. his Grandfather Jesse McGee, Sr. of Memphis, TN Evan was an only child and enjoyed the camaraderie of his cousins: Jewel McGee of Raleigh, NC, Tawanza Frazier of Jackson, MS, Tesha McGee of Tallahassee, FL, Sydney McGee of Lacey, WA, KiEl Duggins, of Olympia, WA, Christopher McGee of Atlanta, GA, Aiesstou Tunkara of Lacey, WA and Uncle: Jesse McGee Jr. (deceased), Thomas D. McGee (Gwen) of Midriver, MD, Aunts: Grace McGee of Raleigh, NC and A. Vanessa Underwood (Ricky) of Lacey, WA;. He has a host of other relatives and special friends. |
