Laurel Rayman (Downs) McNeal

Laurel McNeal, age 75, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021 at her home in Lacey, Washington.

Laurel was born on July 14, 1946 in Centralia to Morgan L. and Anne (Salsbury) Downs. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ron; and her brothers, John and Terry.  

Laurel was best known as “Granny” and is survived by a large extended family which includes sisters, Dawn and Penny; children, Michael, James, and Roze; stepchildren, Michaelle, Ronald, John, and Sean; as well as five generations of in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.  

The family is extremely grateful for the loving care provided for Laurel in her final years.
