Leticia M Blume
While in the presence of her loving and devoted husband, parents and oldest brother, Leticia M. Blume, of Lacey, Washington, returned to the house of the Lord June 16, 2021. She was surely welcomed home by her maternal grandfather Robert Nitz and most certainly her beloved Papo.
Leticia was born December 23, 1986, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to parents Kristina Nitz and Donald M. Rangel. Throughout her life, Leticia enjoyed residency on various military installations throughout the United States. After
careful exploration in 1995, Leticia chose the Pacific Northwest in which to build her idyllic family, countless friendships, and life of service.
Our heavenly father anointed the marriage of Leticia and Shane Blume on September 21, 2019, in Tumwater, Washington and blessed the union with their son William.
Leticia’s zest for life is eclipsed only by her faith in God, love of family, friends, animals – great and small, community service, and impeccable work ethic as a family member of Capital Heating & Cooling, Lacey, Washington. Leticia’s extraordinary physical and inner beauty, robust laughter, and irrepressible/inextinguishable life force – which now resides in us all – shall forever be our daily beacon forward. If you find yourself pondering a decision, recall what an Angel recently whispered to Shane, “What would Leticia say?”
Leticia, our tutelary saint, now sentinels over her ardent and loving husband Shane, doting children William, Rylee, and Brinlee Blume; siblings Donald (Tony) and Joseph Rangel; half siblings Gavin, Gabriella, and Victoria Rangel; maternal and paternal parents Kristina Nitz-Evans, Donald M. Rangel; parents Julita Rangel, and Keith Evans; nephew Austin; nieces Carmen, Peyton, Blakely, Ariana, and Sophia Rangel; as well as grandparents Suzanne Nitz and Ponciano Jr. & Elvia Rangel.
