Susan Marie (Jellison) Mirkovich (July 6, 1942 – April 27, 2015)
Susan Marie (Jellison) Mirkovich, 72, of Lacey, WA, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, April 27, 2015. She was born the youngest of four to the late Walter and Ruth Jellison on July 6, 1942, in Everett, WA. She graduated from Seattle University with honors, earning a Liberal Arts degree in 1965. She married Lt. Col. Richard Mirkovich February 25, 1968 in Fort Eustis, VA. She is survived by her sister Rosemary Jellison, her husband Richard; her five boys Nicholas, Michael, Walter, Peter, and Samuel; her daughter-in-law Katie; and her lovely granddaughter Isla. Susan was a loving, generous, caring mother and wife. She was always happy and enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. A Rosary will be held at 6 o’clock pm, on Sunday, May 3rd, at the Woodlawn Funeral Home. A celebration of her life will be held at 9 o’clock am, on Monday, May 4th, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 812 Bowker St SE, Lacey, WA.
