It was with great sadness that I came across the obituary for Tom Wakefield who I had business dealings with in the 1980's when I was with ICI UK and Tom with Continental Lime. Through the time we were in contact, I found Tom to be courteous, professional and a really good guy to interact with. Although our discussions did not lead to any joint development, they ended amicably and I always remember the salmon fillet he had shipped to me here in the UK. Our paths nearly crossed again some years later as we had meetings in adjacent conference rooms at a companies head office without realising. I'm sure he'll be greatly missed by family and friends for the man he was and the memories he has left.

Diana, Tom's funeral service at the graveside was a lovely tribute to his life and to your family. The peace and serenity of the environment, the sound of the running water (creek) in the background, the sunshine and the shade of the trees that day all served to honor Tom's life. The musical selections were also perfect. Tom was such a fabulous person. We always loved our times being with Tom and You. He made every conversation fun and lovely and brought smiles constantly! He will be so missed. But how fortunate for him that he is now in heaven with our Lord and Savior and we know that we will see him sometime very soon! With Love and Sympathy to you and your family at this time. Jan and Ron Music
