Rita Cecilia Pranger 87, a 40 year resident of Lacey, WA died of a stroke Tuesday September 5, 2017 in Lacey WA. She was born in Fort Madison Iowa on June 23, 1930 to Ben and Mary (Mitch) Bixenman. She is survived by her daughter Judy and her husband John Huff, twin brother Bob (Gen) Bixenman of Weaver, Iowa, sister-in-law Rosemarie (George) Sample of Burlington, Iowa and brother-in-law James Pranger (Pat) of Spencer, Iowa. She is a Grand Mother of 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward, her parents, two sisters Eileen Moser and Margie Dunn, three brothers Joe, Gerald & Erwin Bixenman.  Funeral arrangements are provided through Woodlawn Funeral Home in Lacey, WA. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lacey followed by a reception. A burial rite will conclude at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA. On behalf of the family we wish to thank Woodlawn Funeral Home for their guidance and professional help.
