My heart is breaking with the loss of such a wonderful man. Mike was married to my mother, Sandra Spencer Moshier Damon and they loved each other deeply. After losing their respective spouses, both to cancer, they found love again and lived a happy life. I knew Mike for many years before he and my mom were married and I can recall so many wonderful times, too numerous to count. He was kind, funny, bold, loving, and loved life. I am honored to have known him and feel blessed to have loved him as a friend and a step-father. Rest In Peace Mike. Hug my mom, Tim, and Carol for me. I know they were all there along with your parents when you returned home. ❤️

I was saddened to hear of Mike's death. He was married to my sister Sandra Spencer Damon. They had a short but loving marriage and lived in Horseheads, NY before her passing in 2017. They'll be reunited now. My late husband, George and he both were employed by Dairy Farmers of America, a Dairy Co-op. My condolences to his family. Bobbee Wilcox

I HAVE MANY GOOD MEMORIES OF MIKE, AS WE CALLED HIM. HE WAS A REAL GOOD FATHER TO HIS CHILDREN, AND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE. I REMEMBER MIKE WELL FOR SERVING FAITHFULLY IN THE MINISTRY AS AN ASSISTANT PASTOR IN CORTLAND, NEW YORK, PARKSIDE ASSEMBLY OF GOD.CHURCH. THEN AS A PASTOR IN HIS OWN CHURCH. HE TOLD ME ONCE HOW HE HAD BEEN CALLED BY GOD, AS HE WAS WORKING IN HIS BARN. IT WAS A VERY TOUCHING STORY. NOW HE IS HOME WITH GOD. ILLA QUICK HORTON, FORMER SISTER IN LAW

A dear friend and co-worker for 35 years Mike never failed me. He was always by my side when I needed him. May he rest peacefully.
