We have know each other since we were kids in Cub scouts.Acually wenknew each other before that. Had alot of fun and adventures. Rest in peace my friend.

SGT Cowen, you always had a cup of coffee and a smile. Always willing to help and stand next to your soldiers regardless of the situation. The best of us are always taken too soon. You are and will continue to be missed. Heflin

We will miss you Sgt Cowen. Our platoon isn\'t the same without you. Thank you for everything you\'ve done not only for me, but for every soldier you came in contact with.

Cowen ~ I will never forget all of your hard work in TQ or AAAB. You were a great driving force for the platoon. With a heavy heart I say goodbye, may you Rest In Peace.
