John W. Lowder a longtime resident of Olympia passed away peacefully
at the age of 88 on October 18, 2014. He was at home, surrounded by
his loving family. john was retired from the US Army as a CWO 3 and
Georgia Pacific Container Plant in Lacey. John is survived by his
loving wife Ruth (Sweetheart) of 66 years, she will always hold him
dear to her heart. they have four children, daughters, Jeanette Miller
her husband Gene, Christine Miracle, Doris Holland her husband Larry
and son John D. Lowder and his wife Christy also 9 grandchildren and
16 great grand children. The love for out Dad will never end. Services
will be held at Woodlawn funeral Home on Mullen Road on Monday,
October 27th at 3:00 pm. in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to
the caring support of Providence Sound Home Care and Hospice, 3432
South Bay Rd NE Olympia, WA 98506.
